Guildhall are representing a Main Contractor that requires individuals with experience of this nature.
As such a requirement has arisen for a Contracts Manager, for a Super High Rise project in the UAE.
Requirements
- Experienced in working on high-rise tower projects (+70 Floors)
- Post Cost and Contracts Management consisting of Monthly Progress Claims and Cost Reporting
- Hands on experience in EOT, Cost Value Reconciliation, Prolongation of Claims and FIDIC
- Must be degree educated
