Job description / Role
An opportunity has arisen to work for a tier 1 main contractor in Dubai that has been established for almost 40 years.
They are currently working on the construction of a major mixed use/ high rise development and are looking to recruit an experienced contracts manager to prepare and draft contractual documents, monitor the progress of subcontractors and to assist in claims preparation and management.
Requirements
Candidates should have an engineering, construction or quantity surveying based degree and should have a proven background of contracts management working on major construction projects in the Middle East. Must have experience in working for leading international contractors and the preparation of claims.
