Job description / Role

• Gather, process and complete all typing service requests
• Gather, process and complete all typing service requests
• Maintain a proper database of all online accesses to perform all typing services through systems of concerned government and non-government entities,
• Draft, review, track and manage all agreements obtained from various government and non-government entities,
• To visit various government department to conduct business activities and get latest news and update on regulations compliancy changes in the government
• Generate MIS reports related to scope
• Provide legal advice and procedure
• Maintaining proper communication with functional teams across the team
• Robust functionality and know how towards compliance while dealing with central & federal authorities

Requirements

• High school certificate
• 1-2 years of experience in same field
• Candidate must speak both English and Arabic
• Contracts Officer conducts typing and transactions processing related to applications of government authorities, drafting of legal documents and service level agreements.
• May be required to conducts routine visits to government departments and service providers to complete process of client inquiries and develop contacts with these authorities.
