Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Gulf Commercial Group – Digital Imaging & Office Services Solutions is looking for Sales Account Managers. As an Account Manager you will be required to identify and approach Named clients, territory or Market sector develop the potential sale and follow up with an efficient and competitive offer within the company guidelines on services standards. Follow up with both new and existing clients. Assure continuous and acceptable revenue. Report market developments to the market intelligence / marketing team on an on-going basis.

Organizational Management

Planning Administration
- Plan timely renewal of contracts ( 95%) and warranty renewal of 80%
- Leads and recognizes system deficiencies, and implements effective solutions
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identifies and tracks new opportunities to increase the business.
- Promotes all kind of 3rd party contract sales.
- Defines, communicates and enforces coding standards

External Relations Administration
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions and strategies
- Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Ensures consistent delivery of superior solutions to clients
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, systems and objectives
- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties

Business Administration
- Keeps Contracts manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between Service manager –Technical, Contracts team, telesales team Sales Manager …
- Manage implementation and execution of corporate policies and service standards
- Assists in strategic sales efforts from a technical perspective
- Manages resources within budget
- Ensures proper growth in Market Share in relation to the Contract sales growth
- Ensures minimum coverage of 75% of present MIF(Machine In the Field)
- Ensures accurate, proper and timely measurement of profit and loss related to each contracts
- Ensures strategic solutions oriented services in the field of: copiers, printers, printing management system, reporting, etc.
- Proper PM planning and MIF Management and timely review.
- Analysis, data filtration related to monthly copy volume report, incentive claims etc

Service Management
- Offers alternative contract solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life of the company’s offered products and services
- Executes plans and strategies as part of new contracts for the proper implementation technical support services
- Communicates with the team about the business objectives and targets
- Manage, the entire data base and new business details.
- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to GCG clients

Workplace Management

Staff Administration
- Maintain recognition / appreciate letters from customers and/or complaint to support performance assessment
- Holds regular status meetings with the team to get inputs on encountered problems and solutions Related GCG customers and other matters.
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members
- Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions

Workplace Administration
- Carries out proper checking of all critical documents and adhere to ISO procedures

Other Operational Activities staff
- Prepares billing documents for contracts to be invoiced
- Manage routine work areas inspections to ensure safe conditions are maintained.
- Review and make recommendation for resolution of special problems and improvement of support rendered.
- Exercise considerable independence, initiative in the performance of responsibilities, receives general administrative direction and perform other related work as assigned.
- Assist in preparation of new contracts to the team members.
- Assist with the analysis & specification of corporate packaged based solutions
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion

Achievement of revenue targets
- Contract conversion
- MiF Management

Requirements

- Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering
- At least 6-10 years as Service Manager servicing from Digital Photocopiers, printing machines or related industry; at least 2 years of which, acting as Service Manger of successful experience in the field of trading industry as a Service Manager
