Control Room Executive (Operations Control Centre)

Job description / Role

• Ability to communicate with all levels across the organisation: executives, management, drivers and operational team members;
• Responsible for ensuring and maintaining a safe environment through compliance with all company mandates and programs;
• Should be flexible to work in shifts (as it is a 24/7 control centre);
• Create a continuous improvement environment by providing information and reports and profitability;
• Working knowledge of MS office;
• High on integrity to ensure the sanctity of data and information available at the control centre;
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to solve problems and manage incidents in a calm and pragmatic way;
• Flexibility with time, able to shift priorities quickly based on staff and system needs;
• Pro-active attitude toward process improvement;
• Innovative and self-starter;
• Customer service oriented.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or experience in a similar field of Operations.
• Analytical or financial experience will be preferable.
• Experience in transportation, with strong analytical skills.
• Good English-speaking skills is preferred.
• Experience in implementation of dynamic routing tools.
• Planning and organisational skills; basic proficiency in MS Office.
