Overview of the role

The SMT Financial Control Executive is responsible for overseeing the Controlling Analyst processes, ensuring accuracy in payment and invoice processing, and compliance with tax regulations. The role involves validations of petty cash, vendor, and intercompany invoices to maintain proper accounting integrity. The executive will conduct monthly reviews of related General Ledger accounts and manage vendor reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Contributions to audit processes and process improvement initiatives are also key to success, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the Accounts Payable function within the Retail division.
