Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a small chain of convenience stores in Deira-Dubai we are looking to recruit a Convenience Store Manager. Reporting to the Owner of said stores you will be responsible for day to day store operations which will include managing all staff, be responsible for all store profits and controllable expenses, dealing with suppliers, completion of daily paperwork, monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage and drive offs and assist in the recruitment of staff.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have strong experience managing a small chain of supermarkets, experience of dealing with UAE suppliers with the ability to raise the profile and profits of said convenience store.
