We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Conveyancer to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately. This position requires a deep understanding of UAE property laws and outstanding communication skills to guide clients through the buying and selling process. Responsibilities:
- Manage the conveyancing process from inception to completion for property transactions.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and leases.
- Conduct property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions to gather required information.
- Provide expert advice on property law, regulations, and market practices.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Resolve any legal issues that arise during the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate records and manage documentation in accordance with company policies.

- Proven experience as a Conveyancer in a real estate setting, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of property law and regulations specific to UAE.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in using conveyancing software and property management systems.
- Candidate must be based in Dubai, UAE with real estate background
