An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a Healthcare organization in Dubai as their COO.

Reporting to the senior management you will manage all the operations of a small hospital.

• P&L management, staff management, strategy management and implement profitability lines.
• Manage the legal regulatory requirements as a hospital, manage and deal with any operational issues.
• Manage the doctors.

Requirements

• You will be in the GCC region
• You will currently be working at a senior level within a small hospital or bigger
• You will have a thorough hands on understanding of the regulatory requirements for a hospital
• You will have managed senior operational staff within a hospital
• Candidates must be degree qualified within healthcare or business
• Candidates will have significant middle east experience
• Ideally you will be in the UAE
• Significant strategic experience, and experience of implementing profitable lines of business in to a hospital.
