Position Title: COO – School Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 90K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading federal entity in the UAE.
Job Description:
• Supervising the performance of the employees of the affiliated departments and the follow-up of the human resources programs which aimed to evaluating and developing their performance.
• Supervising the operations and procedures in the affiliated department and ensuring compliance with all the rules, regulations and policies approved in the entity
• Supervising the level of services provided in the affiliated departments in terms of quality, accuracy, effectiveness, and professionalism, and submitting proposals
• Supervising the management of teaching and learning operations in early childhood education institutions, kindergartens, and government schools
• Supervising the investment and employment of the outputs of the school operations center in developing the performance of public schools and early childhood education institutions
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to UAE nationals
• Master’s degree/ PHD is a must
• 50 years old and below
• At least 5 years of experience in related role
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized
