About the Client:
A sophisticated, Paris inspired, high end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai and now expanding its branches to Abu Dhabi Yas Mall & Al Jimi Mall Al Ain
Job Description:
• Cooperate and coordinate with the kitchen team in regard to orders coming in & out as per orders based on assigned area.
• Setting up and stocking workstations with all the necessary supplies at onset of work shift
• Preparing food for service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
• Ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion while complying with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Cleaning up workstations and taking care of leftover food to proceed with stocking or reporting any broken machine and inventory appropriately before he leaves for the day
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 24 to 36 years old
• At least 1 year of work experience in the same role
• Open to UAE fresher or with home country experience
