Job description / Role
• Prepare chapati and Roti in compliance with recipe.
• Cook in proportion to number to avoid wastage and ensure good quality.
• Should maintain high standards of work and food hygiene.
• Strong attention to safe food handling procedures.
Requirements
• 3 - 4 years experience as a cook / chef particularity in Roti and Chapati
• Hospitality and service industry background is preferred
• Good Communication skills, with basic English speaking
• Past experience in cooking for mass / bulk numbers
