Job description / Role
• In-charge in making pizza, manakish and other items.
• In-charge in the food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices.
• Cleans, stocks, and restocks work stations and display cases.
• In-charge in stocks taking and ordering of raw materials.
• Comply all CCP's related to the task.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a pizza maker specially in making the pizza dough.
• Possess a knowledge with regards to food safety, sanitation and food handling procedures;
• Good communication skills are required;
• A team-player and able to handle pressure during peak hours.
