Job description / Role
Scope of Work:
• Craft and manage editorial calendar for content aligned with brand tone
• Design onboarding journeys, content for membership activations
• Collaborate with events and marketing to curate storytelling content
• Manage thought leadership content for founding members
• Analyze engagement and optimize content formats
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand storytelling. Experience working with membership-driven organizations or community-based platforms is a plus.
• Content Creation & Strategy Skills: Proven ability to craft compelling and brand-aligned content across formats (blogs, social, email, video scripts). Experience managing editorial calendars and creating content journeys for onboarding and engagement
• Storytelling & Communication: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging narratives. Ability to work closely with marketing and events teams to co-develop promotional and event content
• Thought Leadership Development: Experience creating executive-level content (e.g., founder messages, leadership articles, personal branding pieces).
• Analytical & Optimization Skills: Familiarity with content performance metrics (CTR, engagement rates, etc.) Ability to analyze content data and adjust formats and messaging accordingly.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in content management systems (CMS), email platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark). Understanding of SEO and digital content best practices is a plus
• Soft Skills & Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content streams. Self-starter with a strategic mindset and collaborative attitude
Salary:
AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
