Corporate Attorney - Dubai, United Arab Emirates

A Leading law firm based in the UAE, Dubai, are seeking a Mid Level Corporate Attorney for their Commercial & Corporate team. They are seeking a common law educated lawyer with some level of exposure to the GCC to join their growing practice and to assist the seniors in their increasing work load.
The firms is well regarded in the commercial field having build up a practise in the UAE and looking to build upon this with this particular hire. The firm has in position several high level clients who are using them exclusively as outside counsel on overseas corporate and commercial transactions.
Ideally candidates will have been educated in a recognised common law jurisdiction and have at between 3 -5 years experience. Candidates will have a proved track record in non contentious matters and be confident in their ability to advise and assist high profile clients in the region.
Requirements
All candidates will be:
- Be able to speak Arabic
- Confident corporate M&A, JV's and Commercial contract drafting
- Have some level of client facing experience
- Have worked alongside several GCC based clients and familiar with the market.
Ideally candidates will:
- Be based in the GCC
- Have several clients they are confident will move with them
The client is seeking candidates who are committed to the region for the long term and looking to make a career move.
Salary is dependent on the candidate in question but salaries will be at least £75,000,
