Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who is looking to hire a high calibre Corporate Solicitor to join its busy Dubai office covering a mix of high end corporate transactional work.
The role will be to work within the Dubai team spearheaded by 2 high profile partners, playing a key role in relation to undertaking interesting and high value corporate work. The position will be to focus on public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring, etc. along with associated commercial work e.g. JV's etc. The firm acts for a range of clients from international and regional companies and financial institutions along with government entities etc. across the UAE and broader Middle East region. They have been recently working on and instructed in relation to high profile transactions and matters so are looking at further expansion.
Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking to a high calibre corporate solicitor who is already based in the UAE or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia etc. with international law firm experience. Candidates will ideally be Common law qualified. If candidates are bilingual in Arabic and English it would be advantageous, but it is not required for the position.
