Charterhouse is working with an elite law firm headquartered in the US, who is looking to hire an experienced Corporate Associate NQ – 2 PQE to join its 2 partner led Dubai corporate practice. The firm would be interested in a high quality Common Law Qualified Junior Associate, coming from a magic / silver circle or a leading US law firm background.

The role will involve working closely with the 2 corporate Partners in the firm’s Dubai office, as well as part of the wider Middle East and international network. The firm is long standing in the Middle East market with a good reputation and client base. The organisation is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to undertake M&A, Private Equity, JV’s, ECM and corporate advisory work as required.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Corporate Solicitor with NQ - 2 years post qualification experience gained at an elite global law firm and have experience dealing with a broad range of corporate work. The role will involve acting for high profile clients and complex matters, so demonstrable experience of leading on transactions is essential, combined with excellent academics. Based on the scope of the role Arabic language skills are not required. The ideal candidate should either be already based in the UAE / Middle East or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. The firm remunerates at leading US rates, which are income tax free so an exceptional market leading package is on offer.
