Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm looking to hire a Newly Qualified Corporate Associate 3 years PQE to join its market leading practice in Abu Dhabi. The firm would be interested in an England and Wales qualified Lawyer or equivalent.
The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices and well as part of its broader Middle East network. The firm is looking at growing their Corporate practice in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be joining the Corporate Global Transactions practice, working on a broad mix of transactions, but will primarily focus on private and public M&A work and joint ventures.

Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking to an England and Wales qualified Lawyer, with 1-3 years PQE, trained with a top tier international law firm or equivalent. You must have previous experience in Corporate, M&A and Joint Venture matters. The candidate must have strong academic records and must be willing and able to travel across the MENA region and further afield as and when required.
