Job description / Role

We are assisting a leading global law firm who are seeking a 6-8 year PQE hire for their highly rated team in the UAE. Work will include M&A, PE and JV transactions across a broad range of sectors.

Description
• Provide legal advice to corporate clients
• Draft and negotiate a range of contracts and agreements
• Manage client relationships and provide high-quality service
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the legal and regulatory landscape
• Work closely with other departments to ensure legal compliance
• Represent the company in legal proceedings
• Train and mentor junior lawyers in the team
• Participate in business development activities
