Job description / Role
Opportunity for a Corporate Bilingual Paralegal to join a growing US Law firm to be based here in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support partners, associates and trainees on day to day tasks
* Typical work: assisting with company establishments (Freezone and LLC), share transfers, changes of directors/other corporate admin
* Legal research, drafting, liaising with Dubai Economy/DED of other Emirates, Freezone Authorities, DM, DLD, TM Registry, Central Bank, UAE Notaries (public and private) etc.
Requirements
Key requirements:
* Interaction with local authorities in the UAE
* Translating and reviewing legal Arabic documents
* Legal research and drafting notes of advice
* Bilingual English & Arabic
