Our client is a trusted brand in international health insurance for expatriates and high net worth individuals.
They are hiring for a Corporate Business and Retention Executive to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This candidate will be responsible for establishing regular contact with clients and brokers, building the relationship and guiding them through the renewal process, ensuring they are satisfied with our service and that their cover continues to meet their needs. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in account management, building relationships and customer service.
Requirements
The applicant will require a minimum of 18 months within a junior account management role within the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be experienced in corporate business account and retention preferably with experience in the health, life or income protection insurance sector. The candidate must have experience in the insurance industry or financial services. The candidate must speak English fluently.
The role will provide competitive salary package.
