Job description / Role

• Responsible for developing the Private Label Product Portfolio of MADI International along with managing the Brands of HSS Portfolio (Hair Smoothening Systems) across multiple Trade Channels.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing the portfolio of Keratin Brands and all new product developments of VIZO and other MADI Private Label Brands.
• He/She will also be managing Selective Professional brand in UAE and KSA for the wholesale Trade Channel
• Identify different manufacturing facilities in the UAE/outside the UAE capable of manufacturing cosmetics and personal care products.
• Previous experience in Private Label in the personal care and cosmetics industry is a must (360-degree knowledge in packaging options, a basic understanding of raw materials and formulations, competition analysis – competing brands and their price positioning in order to identify the target purchase price per SKU)
• Selecting Vendors and following the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) procedures to ensure the efficiency of the vendor selection process.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Chemistry, Economics, Business)
• Product development experience in Cosmetics and Personal Care / Alternatively FMCG product development experience
• A driving License is a must
• MS Office Suite with Proficient Knowledge in using excel for calculations
• Basic understanding of pricing parameters (cost, retail prices, discounts, wholesale prices and margins)
