Job description / Role
Our client is a global leader in the Technology industry.
They are looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Legal Counsel based in the UAE, with experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for a multinational business.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a minimum of 7-10 years PQE.
- The role will be based in the UAE and will be focusing on drafting, negotiating and amending contracts, so will be very transaction focused rather that general legal advice.
- You will work indvidually but alongside the procurement and contracts teams as well as other relatable business lines and will report into a Regional Legal Counsel.
- There will be exposure to global customers and clients and therefore a multinational background is required.
