Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client who is a well-known and established company is looking to recruit a Corporate Communications Manager to set up the strategy and lead the marketing team, based in the UAE. The successful candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for developing the strategy and operational marketing plans, along with their implementation by building, improving and maintaining internal and external communications with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all strategies and execute plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Overseeing annual communications budget and ensure its use is fully executed.
- Planning and execution of corporate media campaign.
- Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
- Monitoring all media channels for all news, mentions and social media posts regarding the organisation, its activities and its competitors.
- Organization of corporate PR and sponsorship activities.
- Management of presence on digital platforms.
- Development of corporate sales tools in collaboration with the Sales team (i.e. sales presentation tools, business cards, brochures, etc.).
- CRM / Database Management.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees and external audience.
- Implementation and management of internal database software.
- Ensure proper and complete data entry by internal teams.
- Plan and execute CRM initiatives through proper analysis of database Creation and management of reporting tools to be used.
- Evaluation of corporate marketing activities.
- Consolidation of all marketing activities and competition news in a periodic newsletter to be sent internally.
- Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department.

Requirements

- University degree, communications/marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong knowledge of communications and media.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team.
- Strong leadership and strategic capabilities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good organisational and time management skills & a proven ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Experience of successfully operating in a multi-cultural organisation.
- International mindset.
