Corporate Communications Manager

Job description / Role

My client, a large mixed disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager for a 5 month contract role for their office in Abu Dhabi.

Candidates who fulfil the following criteria are invited to apply, due to Covid-19 travel restrictions preference to candidates who are in the UAE and available for an immediate start.

The key responsibilities:
* Develop, manage and measure approved elements of the communication plan - with a particular focus on internal communications.
* Work with business units to understand and deliver against their communications requirements - that will drive client satisfaction and employee engagement.
* Develop, manage and measure approved elements of the culture change plan - with a particular focus on employee engagement.
* Conceptualize, plan and execute to a high standard, internal events including Town Halls
* Prepare and deliver written communication materials - emails, articles, presentations, reports and briefs - to the highest standard

Requirements

Required skills and abilities:
* Must be a confident communicator and relationship management.
* Outstanding English written skills.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading.
* Superior project management and time management skills.
* Strong knowledge of internal communications and employee engagement.
* Strong knowledge and experience in external communication - either Account Management or Marketing.
* Excellent vendor management skills
* Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital communications
