Job description
The Corporate Communications & PR Specialist / Manager is responsible to oversee the group’s communication strategies, media relations and employee engagement efforts. He/She will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that reflect Group’s values, enhancing external visibility while fostering a collaborative and engaged internal culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a group-wide corporate communication and PR strategies to enhance and reflects the goals and brand values of the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Prepare and deliver polished, effective presentations and communication materials for C-suite executives and senior management.
• Draft speeches and internal communications for Senior Management & Executives.
• Develop and execute public relations campaigns that highlight the company’s commitment and social responsibility with prior approval from Assigned Manager.
• Collaborate with different teams across the organization to ensure communication plans are aligned and consistent across all business units/entities.
• Plan and execute corporate events, product launches, and conferences if required.
• Create quality content for various communication channels such as newsletters, blogs, websites, and social media.
• Handle media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and public appearances.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement initiatives by driving internal communication campaigns.
• Proactively identify potential risks and prepare crisis communication plans to address challenges affecting the company or its subsidiaries.
• Other tasks appropriate and assigned by the Assigned Manager.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Expertise in Press Releases and Media Relations
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
• Experience in Strategic Communications
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in the corporate sector is a plus
