Our Client
A multinational oil and gas solutions services company who work in the midstream and downstream sector

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the structuring, financial analysis, modelling due diligence and execution of inorganic and project development investment opportunities in the International Region, which includes the EMEA and Asia Pacific geographies
- Provide leadership, strategy, and coordination of the company’s corporate finance, risk management, sales, investor relations, planning and treasury management functions as part of ad hoc deal teams
- Work directly with sales, commercial, projects, operations, engineering, legal, and other key internal teams to prepare and steward investment memoranda for senior management and Board of Director meetings
- Work closely with senior management to evaluate corporate strategies and provide supporting analytics of the financial impact from execution of such strategies
- Serve as day-to-day point liaison to financial partners and lenders for assets and projects in the International Region
- Contribute to budget and long-term forecasting processes and corporate financial model maintenance
- Contribute to portfolio monitoring and investment return / performance analyses
- Monitor macro / industry themes to develop ad hoc reports and analysis for executive leadership
- Apply financial rigor and business acumen to all projects to help executives arrive at decisions that maximize shareholder value
- Drive all aspects of deal structuring, due diligence and analysis, financial investment memos, financial modeling and execution including researching and engaging with target companies, deal structure, valuation, business models and sensitivities, negotiation, integration
- Build financially sound, executable, data driven analysis in support of investment execution. Research new opportunities and work on proposals and investments and present that to the Risk Committee and the Board
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations

Salary:
AED 60,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Degree in Finance, MBA is preferred
- 7 years of relevant work and transactional experience within an investment bank, private equity a mezzanine fund or within a midstream company
- Excellent Excel financial modelling and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with midstream and/or upstream oil and gas energy assets in an M&A advisory, project development/finance or corporate finance/development capacity
- Have underwriting and asset execution deals experience
- Experience leading deal teams and achieving results
- Fluency in Arabic would be advantageous
