Corporate Director – Legal and Investment

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Corporate Director for a diverse client services organisation looking after UHNW private office and business interests. The company provide a range of corporate, tax and legal service and advise on investment, international tax structures, private trusts, and company formation. Fundamentally the role will lead the firm’s fiduciary business and lead the execution team for the delivery of client work across the business, reporting to the Senior Partner.

We are seeking candidates with a strong legal and investment background who have worked with UHNW clients before and who are used to managing diverse interests and large responsibilities. Key areas of expertise include, drafting memorandums, agreements and contracts and drafting proposals and pitch documentation to prospective clients. You will assist and manage governance of Private Trusts, oversee, establish, and incorporate companies and other legal entities related to the Company. Overall, you will provide high-level strategic and operational support in legal areas of the company’s portfolio.

You will be a client facing individual, able to work with discretion and diplomacy, managing high levels of confidential information. A strong legal background is important, coupled with company formation and strategic investment knowledge. You will be able to provide sound legal advice, ensuring all legal framework is current and researched correctly.
