As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will support the financial strategy and execution of large-scale real estate developments.

Description

* Building and maintaining detailed financial models and feasibility studies
* Conducting cash flow analysis, ROI assessments, and scenario planning
* Supporting fundraising efforts through preparation of financial proposals and stakeholder engagement
* Performing market research and investment analysis to identify opportunities
* Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
* Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors
* Supporting due diligence and risk assessment for investment decisions
