Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a Large Holding Company based in Abu Dhabi.
As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible in handling all corporate legal processes: intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements and lawsuits. Develop company policy and position on legal issues. Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Structure, draft and review reports, contracts and other legal documents.
Requirements
You must have proven experience in dealing with UAE corporate law such as contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing and zone laws. Research, forestall and guard company against any legal risks. Represent company in legal proceedings in administrative boards and court trials.
To be successful you will ideally possess 5+ years of proven experience within Banking and Finance, Government and Telecommunications industry with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
