Looking for a corporate legal consultant to join a law firm in Dubai to oversee:
• joint ventures
• company re-structuring and conversion, mergers and acquisitions
• international and local Commerce
• commercial agency and distributorship
• insurance
• intellectual property and licensing
• banking and finance
• construction and engineering
• professional partnership
• company secretarial services
• commercial property
• due diligence
Requirements
• Smart and professional, with a friendly and proactive approach to work
• At least 3 years’ experience as a corporate legal consultant
• Law Degree
• UAE experience an advantage but not essential
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
