Charterhouse is working with a high profile investment fund who is looking to hire a mid-level 4 – 6 PQE, UK or US qualified funds / Corporate Lawyer to join its legal team in Abu Dhabi. A rare opportunity to join a high profile organisation in an interesting role
The role will involve working closely with the General Counsel, legal team and broader business / stakeholders, in relation to institutions investment and asset management activities. The role will involve working with big name private equity funds, real estate funds, secondaries, alternative investments on a global scale. This legal team, works closely with the investment team in relation to a range of asset classes on big ticket investments, so the opportunity for a Lawyer to gain the level and breadth of exposure on deals that is unlikely in many organisations and never in law firms.
The successful candidate should be a UK or US qualified Corporate / Funds Lawyer with c. 4 – 6 PQE for the role. The candidate should be coming from a Magic / Silver Circle law background and / or with in-house experience gained a major financial institution. There is an interest in candidates already in the UAE or open to relocating from the London market.
