Job description / Role
Our client is a well-established retailer in the region and are seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager. This person will manage sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Staffs and direct a sales team and provides a leadership onwards the values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to the development of training for Account Executives.
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Applicants should have at minimum for ten years’ experience or related experience in the retail sector, along with a university degree in marketing or business studies. B2B sales experience is essential, along with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team to improve sales performance. You should be able to manage every element of the deal from prospecting to close. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies, and the ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information are all key skills for the role excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are essential, as are advanced Microsoft Office skills.
