Job description / Role
Bilingual corporate paralegal with previous experience in corporate law required. Successful candidate may have the opportunity to secure a training contract upon proving their capability.
* Experience of working in an International Law Firm environment is beneficial
* MUST be fluent in both English and Arabic.
* You will be required to support Partners, Associates and Trainees on day to day tasks
* You will be assisting with company establishments, share transfers, changes of directors, corporate admin, legal research, drafting etc.
* Potential for the successful candidate to be considered for a training contract based out of the Dubai office.
* Strong academic background and UK Law Degree required.

* Previous experience of working within a corporate team
* Must speak fluent English and Arabic
* Hardworking and willing to learn.
