Corporate Paralegal

Dubai, UAE

Ref: GP186-5185

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an international Law Firm who is looking to hire a qualified Corporate Paralegal to join an established and highly successful department.

This is a role where first impressions count as you will be working alongside senior management and with a varied client base delivering company secretarial services to the clients supplementing partner and fee earners’ service. You will be responsible to provide the Corporate group with a high level of support in relation to handling complex, multijurisdictional and often ground-breaking transactions across a wide range of sectors. An amount of the work will be cross-border in nature, working with our global network of offices, so this will suit candidates with an international mind-set and aspirations to work across jurisdictions.

Our client is interested to speak with a law graduate with either LL.B Law Degree, JD (or equivalent) and/or LL.M. (essential). LPC or equivalent is preferred. Previous paralegal experience gained in an international transactional practice, ideally in the Middle East. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will be mature and pragmatic with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Competitive tax free remuneration and package on offer to attract a high calibre individual.
