Charterhouse is working with an international construction company looking to hire a Corporate Paralegal to join their legal department in Dubai.
The role will involve drafting and ensure execution of all legal documents related to the incorporation of a company as MOU/MOA/AOA/POAs and Board Resolution; Draft, review and implement remarks on contracts and other agreements (MOU, JDA, Term Sheet, NDA) in support of business and partnership developments; Ensure proper Group Corporate Housekeeping through database, monthly reporting, ad-hoc reports; Translate or organize translation of legal documents in Arabic-English / English-Arabic.

Requirements
The company is interested in speaking to a Corporate Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within private practice or in-house. The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with excellent English and French language skills.
