Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading legal firm who is looking to hire their next receptionist to join their busy team. As the receptionist you will report directly into the office manager. You will support the sales and events team with various day-to-day administrative tasks with some occasional work required out of office hours at events.
You will provide support by effectively managing and prioritizing the varied workload as well as dealing with walk in enquiries, managing the main meeting room calendar and assisting the EA’s with various tasks when required. You will need to be able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in a previous administrative role, preferably a front desk/reception role-UAE experience is preferred in candidate’s most recent role. This is an excellent opportunity for a well presented candidate who is interested in pursuing their next position in Dubai.
