Business Support Services
Working in this highly dynamic DIFC office, the role of the Corporate Receptionist holds a great deal of responsibility as the first point of contact for the group. The office focuses on entrepreneurial investment strategy and is comprised of a boutique team of UHNW C-Suite executives. The Receptionist is the ambassador of the company, ensuring that guests are met appropriately, and all meeting rooms and workspaces are maintained to a high standard. The Receptionist manages all external relationships with suppliers, liaising with maintenance and facilities teams and the DIFC authorities. Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, you will ensure that day-to-day administrative tasks and seamless meeting coordination are maintained.
A large part of the role also focuses on the CRM system and data management. You will need to actively update and populate the database and be able to print reports, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy. You will manage extremely confidential documents and track progress, a keen eye for detail and strong MS Office skills, including excel and PowerPoint are highly desired.
The first point of contact for all calls, emails and in person visitors, you will be very professionally presented and have a welcoming demeanour, with the ability to interact well with peers, seniors, and high net worth individuals daily. This is a busy role that will require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Therefore, you will take a proactive approach, respond well under pressure, and have a motivated personality.
This role will bring you the opportunity to join a very stable and people centric organisation. You will be an experienced receptionist from a hospitality or service centric organisation and have a great understanding of what it takes to work in a highly corporate and professional services environment in the DIFC. It is essential that you have native English skills for this role.
Our client offers strong development and growth opportunities and is seeking candidates who are looking for a career within the group, and not just a job.
