Job description / Role

Independently handling the entire corporate sales cycle starting from prospecting to sales closing, with outstanding results.

• Acquiring new corporate customers by market research and identifying sales opportunity
• Meeting clients and making presentations for the customers to showcase the company’s profile and products
• Obtain a clear understanding of the customers’ businesses and requirements
• Maintaining Relationship with all potential and existing clients with regular visits and meetings
• Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence on market trends in the industry
• Providing quotations and preparation of contracts for client acquisition
• Sending promotional adverts to the corporate customers on a regular basis
• Input new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
• Work with the appropriate team members to establish necessary strategic sales approaches

Salary:
AED 8,500 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Variable Incentives: sales commission as % of total sales earned when achieving monthly target. Other benefits: car, fuel, mobile, air ticket, insurance is provided by company

Requirements

• Business Developments: 2-3 years (Preferred). Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, (fluent English) etiquette and acumen to access and connect with key decision makers at potential Corporate/Business customers
• Proven successful track record in outbound tele sales / direct sales to corporate/business accounts (B2B Sales) and expertise in independently handling the whole sales cycle starting from prospecting to sales closing.
• A person with high self-esteem, confidence, perseverance, enthusiasm, and pleasing personalities, who are self-starters and well organized.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or any Business Management certification educational
• Must have valid UAE Driving license
