Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in the PU Chemical industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and a passion for building long-lasting client relationships. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a highly competitive market. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the PU Chemical market worldwide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the PU Chemical market and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
