Play Your Part
In this role you are responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with local corporations and government entities to generate ticket sales to LEGOLAND Dubai, Motiongate Dubai and Bollywood Parks Dubai, to define targets, pursues and generates sales through assigned market segment and to assist in the development of collateral sales materials and promotions for targeted markets to increase visibility, increase sales, and maintain a high profile in the local community.

Main Skills:
- Develops comprehensive and detailed sales plan for Corporate sales and government entities. Identifies and builds qualified leads, develops measurable goals and objectives.
- Develops criteria for each account to include attendance goals, positioning of LEGOLAND Dubai, Motiongate Dubai and Bollywood Parks Dubai against competitors.
- Prepares and executes selling strategies for corporate and government channels, prepares contracts and proposes promotion periods and tactical prices. Conducts sales presentations and sales calls.
- Ensures organization, follow-up and closure on all sales calls, inquiries and commitments. Updates database and coordinates mailings to clients.
- Achieve and track the monthly / quarterly and annual sales target.
- Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts, monitor accounts revenue and business production, maintain up to date account & contact database in property management system.

Health & Safety:
You are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within your team, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, you must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees you are responsible for are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it. You must ensure that safe working practices are monitored and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, you must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.

Requirements

Are You a Star?
In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in corporate sales and ideally with government entities, preferable in the leisure or hotel or related business.
- A track record of success in promoting and selling to corporate clients and government entities.
- Requires a depth and breadth of knowledge of the market.
- A demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales objectives, plan strategies and methods, and effectively implement the sales plan for assigned channels.
- Should possess professional selling skills, demonstrated skill in making presentations, ability to maintain existing clients and develop new business.
- To have an outstanding organizational, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong client and account management skills required.
- Computer proficiency with ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel) and database software is required.
- The ability to build positive relationships to position and promote LEGOLAND Dubai, Motiongate Dubai and Bollywood Parks Dubai.

Ground work commenced on site in February 2014
