Corporate Senior Associate 5-10 PQE
Charterhouse is working with a global law firm that is looking to hire a Corporate Senior Associate with c.5 – 10 years’ experience gained at a legal directories rated law firm, based in the UAE or possibly to relocate from the UK, Australia, Ireland etc.
The role will be to play a key role in the corporate department of the law firm in Dubai. The position will be to focus on public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring etc., along with associated commercial, financing and projects work e.g. JV’s etc. The firm has a particular focus and strength in relation to acting for high profile clients in the oil & gas sector, across the UAE and broader Middle East region, so exposure to O&G specific work and transactions is essential.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a high caliber corporate solicitor who is ideally already based in the UAE / Middle East with the relevant experience gained at a global UK / US law firm. Our client is offering a superb tax free remuneration package in order to attract the right level of individual. This role will have the potential for the individual to develop a business case with a view to partnership track. Arabic language skills are not required.
