Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm that is looking to hire an experienced Common Law qualified Corporate Senior Associate to play a key role within its high profile offering in Dubai. The firm would be interested in a legal directories ranked Corporate Senior Associate with c.5 – 9 PQE to undertake a broad ranging corporate role.
The role will involve working closely with the corporate Partners in the firm’s Dubai office, as well as part of the wider Middle East and international network. The firm has an excellent reputation and client-base, both in the Middle East and globally. The firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to undertake M&A, Private Equity, JV’s, ECM and corporate advisory work, as required.

Requirements
The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Corporate Solicitor with 5 – 9 years + high quality post qualification experience gained at an international / legal directories ranked law firm. You should have experience dealing with a broad range of corporate work, leading on transactions and managing more junior team members. The work will involve acting for high profile clients and complex matters, so demonstrable experience of leading on transactions is essential, combined with excellent academics. Arabic language skills are not required. The firm is interested in a Common Law qualified Lawyer, either already based in the Middle East or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Excellent tax free remuneration and package on offer to attract a high calibre individual.
