Job description / Role
We are currently seeking a senior member of staff to join our Dubai office to help accelerate our growth. Newhaven Group is a global provider of trusts and corporate services with 7 offices globally, being established in 1992. Our Dubai office has been fully operational since June 2014 and we have positioned ourselves as a boutique corporate service and trust consultancy firm.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience with corporate administration and will be responsible for the tasks below:
Business Development and BD Assistance
- Assisting with completing order forms and liaising with clients until completion of sales
- Client visits to collect documents and sign forms
- Create marketing lists of prospective firms to visit
- Email and LinkedIn prospecting
- New business development – bring in new clients through own efforts and client meetings
- Management of marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Preparation of monthly client mail out and maintenance of client contact marketing database
- Event attendance
Corporate administration / Company administration
- Reviewing corporate documents for client companies
- Assisting in the preparation of corporate resolutions and corporate actions for client companies
- Acting as client liaison for clients in Dubai to effect changes for their companies when required
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience with corporate administration, company formation or trust services.
Perfect written and spoken English is essential and a degree in Law, Finance or Accounting would be highly regarded.
