Corporate Solicitor 3 - 5 PQE

Charterhouse is working with a UK headquartered law firm that is looking to hire a high calibre UK / Common Law qualified Corporate Solicitor with c. 3 - 5 years' experience gained at an international law firm, based in the UAE or UK, Australia, Ireland etc. and looking to relocate.

The role will be to work in the corporate department of the law firm in Dubai. The position will be to work closely with the lead 2 partners, covering a range of public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring etc. along with associated commercial work e.g. JV's etc. The firm acts for a range of clients from international and regional companies and financial institutions, along with government entities etc. across the UAE and broader Middle East region. They have been recently working on and instructed in relation to high profile transactions and matters so are looking at further expansion.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a high calibre Corporate Solicitor who is already based in the UAE with a UK / US international law firm or at a top tier legal directories rated law in the UK, Australia, Ireland etc. and looking relocate. Our client is offering a competitive tax free remuneration. Arabic language skills are not required.
