Corporate Team Assistant

Job description / Role

Our client is a unique infrastructure fund focused on the energy projects across selected emerging markets. Working across the Middle East, Africa and the Levant they are continuing their growth trajectory and are now recruiting a Corporate Team Assistant to support several of the C-Suite corporate team.

The role will report into the COO and HR manager and assist with all the day to day administrative requirements of both offices. This will include for the COO, intense diary management and travel arrangements, compiling reports and presentations and monitoring expenses. From the HR perspective, you will be required to assist with all interview scheduling, employee engagement initiatives, assisting with onboarding and full HR filing and updates. There will be both internal and external stakeholder engagement and candidates should be confident when dealing with both their peers and seniors.

This is a very fast paced and dynamic financial environment, and it is imperative that you can be flexible in your approach to the role, fully committed and able to manage highly confidential and evolving project objectives and strategies. You will be able to anticipate needs and be a strong problem solver and team player. The team are well established, and they all work collaboratively, assisting wherever necessary.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English are vital with fluency in Spanish an advantage. Ideally candidates will have had exposure to the investment, private equity, fund management sector and have a diverse administrative skill set. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate experience across the Middle East region. Although a degree is not a necessity, it would be preferred.
