Our client is a market leader in the UK and Europe corporate training sector. Established in 1981, they have grown into one of the largest independent management training companies in the UK. With over 26,000 client companies, and having trained over 700,000 delegates worldwide since the company was set up.
Their Middle East office opened in Dubai in November 1997. Since then the company has established a powerful reputation for delivering training of the highest quality, that is comparable to, and (because of local market knowledge and local case studies) often exceeds, that found anywhere in Europe, the U.S.A., and the rest of the world.
They are now looking for an Experienced Corporate Trainer to join their team in Dubai. You must be a highly talented, training professional, with experience of delivering Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Project Management courses. If you are able to deliver additional courses in two, or more, of the following areas: Management & Leadership, HR Management & Training, Customer Service, Personal Development, Business Writing Skills, Microsoft Office, this would be an additional advantage.

Purpose of the Position
• To deliver focused, professional, interactive training, which enables delegates to transfer their learning to the workplace
• To carry out Pre-Course Diagnostic Work as per the company standards
• To update and prepare high quality training materials in line with the clients Training Standards
• To complete Post-Course paperwork and Post-Training reports in line with Corporate Training Standards

• Updating Of Training Materials (Face-To-Face / VILT)
• Preparation Of The Training Materials And The Course (Face-To-Face / VILT)

Course Delivery
• Public Courses
• In-Company Courses (Additional To Public Courses)
• Training Room Management (Face-To-Face)
• Course Delivery (Face-To-Face / VILT)

Requirements:

Course Admin and Follow Up
• Post-Course Reports, Paperwork, And Feedback (Face-To-Face / VILT)
• Post-Course Paperwork Summary (Face-To-Face and VILT)
• Performance Management And Internal Communication

Education
• Must hold a degree in an appropriate subject that has been fully attested
