Cost Control Manager

Job description / Role

• Cost Manager will be responsible in formulating cost management system, rights and responsibilities.
• Establish and improve cost management-related business processes, implementation rules, and operating guidelines.
• Expertise and experience in preliminary land acquisition and calculation.
• Reasonably and effectively formulate cost targets.
• Responsible for applying various Cost Management tools and professional knowledge, lead subordinates to efficiently complete various value projects and effectively control project development costs.
• In-charge of whole-process cost management in real estate development.

Requirements

• Cost Control Manager
• Mandarin Speaker Preferred with UAE Experience is highly Preferred
• Engineering Degree of any related discipline (Mechanical) (Electrical) (Procurement)
• Well versed in Purchase and Procurement within UAE and International
