About the Client:
The hiring company is a group of companies handling diversified brands under retail industry.
Engaged in general trading, hospitality, fashion, real estate, watches and jewelry, construction, media and advertising.
Job Role:
• Ensure that projects are organized and completed within allocated the budget
• Control and forecast budget with the Head Management team
• Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
• Develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
• Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
• Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price
• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or any relevant field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in cost control with strong background in F&B or 4-star hotel or any hospitality industry
• Able to generate budgets and reports
• Must be energetic and can handle pressure
• Outstanding communication skills
