Job description / Role
Cost Controller
To establish food & beverage costs and analyze on a monthly basis the performance of the food and beverage outlets of the hotel.

What you will be doing:
- Controls and registers the flow of goods in and out from the following areas: receiving, storerooms, main kitchen, F&B outlets.
- Establishes the daily and monthly food & beverage costs per outlet and the daily profit and loss statement per outlet if any are monitored.
- Establishes the sales statistics on a daily and monthly basis. Slow moving items, high cost items and low cost items are discussed with the F&B Manager.
Requirements
Your experience and skills include:
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Have experience with a diverse array of tools and equipment
